Financial Manager Job Description

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
