Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Control: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the smooth operation of financial functions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to meetings and conferences.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
