Financial Director

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Control: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and investigate compliance issues, and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial management role, or equivalent experience.
- Parking: Parking is available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
