Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
- Organized, team player with ability to multitask
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Language: English.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
