Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tidewaters Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Collaborate with the buying team to ensure visually appealing and effective merchandising displays, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
