Global Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished and technically confident senior leader to manage and expand our global distribution network while driving all sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive sustainable market growth.
- Manage and expand our global distribution network, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners.
- Oversee sales and business development functions, focusing on driving adoption with consultants, integrators, venues, rental and production companies.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and distribution partners across multiple regions, ensuring sales strategies align with the company's short-, medium- and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration between sales, marketing, application engineering and technical support, research & development and manufacturing departments.
About You:
You are an autonomous yet collaborative sales and business development manager with deep expertise in and passion for premium pro audio products and solutions used within the touring and fixed installation sectors.
Ideal candidates will have already led teams in a growth-oriented and international business, successfully expanding market presence and strengthening distribution channels.
You excel in building commercial relationships and driving sales, leveraging an already established network in the pro audio industry to ensure lasting mutually beneficial and profitable business collaborations.
The successful candidate will thrive in dynamic, early stage evolving business environments that require an all 'hands' and proactive approach.
You will have a good balance of technical product understanding and commercial savvy, with the ability to communicate effectively with technicians and C-level owners.
Willingness to travel and be on-site in Western Canada regularly is essential.
