About Us

Hampshire-based Harry Burrows Fabrications Ltd is a family-run fabrication company specialising in prototype and low-volume sheet metal products for various industries. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operation of our manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities
  • Implement manufacturing techniques to deliver measurable results, including Lean principles.
  • Set productivity goals and maintain KPIs to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
  • Ensure all capacity planning documentation is up-to-date, and products meet required specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A strong background in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing with proven production management experience.
  • Familiarity with CAD design packages.
  • A full driving license is essential for visiting customer and supplier sites.
