We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Director to lead our plant operations and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Industrial Operations Director will be responsible for directing and coordinating all manufacturing activities at the facility to meet and exceed operational goals and objectives in the areas of safety, environmental compliance, employee relations, customer service, product quality, cost, and productivity.

This position will oversee a team of approximately 110+ employees and will be responsible for implementing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate values of integrity, humility, respect for others, teamwork, and collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant performance.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Provide guidance and support to plant staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a plant manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of improving plant performance and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
