Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal food preparation and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
