Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at MR. SUB. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Safe Food Handling certificate
