Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates and drive business growth in our Etobicoke store. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Business Planning: Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Operations Management: Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to Sales Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven Retail Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven ability to lead and coach a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Business Planning and Operations Management: Experience in creating and executing business plans, managing inventory, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
