Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and hardworking Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at one of our properties in Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the property run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including cleaning, minor repair and maintenance, and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site tradespeople, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property.
  • Host resident events and activities, fostering a sense of community among residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the property management team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the property management industry.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
