About the Marketing Manager, Growth Channels Role

We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on rapid customer acquisition growth through campaign planning and execution. Channels include ABM campaigns, lead generation events, and conferences.

This role reports to our Growth Marketing Lead and collaborates with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns to attract and engage target customers.
  • Execute Float's event strategy, leveraging sponsored and owned events to build awareness and generate pipeline.
  • Develop and execute innovative multi-channel ABM campaigns to reach the right targets and contribute to Float's growth objectives.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, using data to assess success metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Test and scale additional growth marketing tactics to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of owning marketing campaign results and operating at both strategy and execution levels.
  • Closely aligned with a 'test and find out' mindset and ability to get insights from results.
  • Familiarity with the marketing funnel and ability to align tactics to different stages.
  • Curiosity to understand the 'why' behind every answer and ability to combine quantitative thinking with creativity.
  • Comfortable writing copy and subbing in for a designer in a pinch.
