Chief Business and Artificial Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business and Artificial Intelligence Strategist to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation through the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to provide insights and recommendations on AI-related projects and initiatives.
- Define Business Requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements for AI-powered solutions.
- Lead Workshops and Sessions: Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Model Business Processes: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date models of business processes, including current and target states.
- Perform Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with AI-powered solutions.
- Apply Best Practices: Ensure that business requirements are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Define User Test Scenarios: Develop and maintain user test scenarios to ensure that AI-powered solutions meet business requirements.
- Support Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI-powered solutions.
You will be part of a dynamic team of over 2,300 experts who work collaboratively to drive business growth and transformation. Our team is committed to reducing operational risks and orchestrating Bank-wide transformation.
Requirements- Relevant University Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- Experience in AI and Data Analytics: Proven experience in AI and data analytics, including business process improvement and change management.
- Business Analysis Skills: Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Atlassian Tools: Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
