Job Description:
We are in search of a skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist to contribute to our innovative projects. In this position, you will:
- Convert organizational requirements into impactful AI solutions.
- Effectively convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new AI prospects and ensure models align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Implement and maintain AI models in operational settings in collaboration with Software Development teams.
- Keep abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new insights to improve application efficiency and team advantages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated experience with practical AI projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities (French and English).
- Strong work ethic and capacity to manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins) and MLOps (MLFlow).
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and mentoring junior colleagues.
