About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business and Artificial Intelligence Strategist to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Protection of Personal Information (PPI) transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business and technological projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with product owners, business line partners, and IT teams to inform decision-making and deliverables related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) aspects.
  • Process Optimization: Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for various deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise to drive business and technological projects forward.
  • Process Modeling: Model current and target processes based on the mapping practices in place at the Bank.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses from all angles of the process, with a focus on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Business Requirements: Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements, understand their relationships, and ensure their traceability.
  • User Support: Define, identify user test scenarios, and support user customers in the operational transfer, in compliance with the principles of governance and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Change Management: Make proposals for the change management strategy to customers using the solution.
About the Team

Our IT team is comprised of over 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes. As a member of the 20-person PPI transformation team, you will report to the Senior Manager and be part of a team that stands out for its commitment to reducing operational risks and orchestrating Bank-wide transformation.

Requirements
  • Relevant University Degree: Hold a relevant university degree in the field of activity and relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or equivalent.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Possess business analysis skills in a technology-driven ecosystem.
  • Experience in Business Process Transformation: Have experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement: Have knowledge in business process improvement and mapping, including modeling, BPMN, Lean approach, with a sensitivity to governance and Artificial Intelligence (AI) supervision.
  • Test Case Experience: Have experience with test cases and user support.
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess the ability to think strategically, analytically, synthetically, and communicate effectively.
  • Agile Methodology: Have knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence,...).
