About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business and Artificial Intelligence Analyst to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our large protection of personal information transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven business process improvements
  • Develop and implement AI-based solutions to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI best practices and technologies
  • Conduct business impact analyses and develop recommendations for AI-driven business process improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI-based solutions

Requirements
  • Relevant university degree in a field related to AI or business analysis
  • Proven experience in AI-driven business process improvement and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
