Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager at Circle K, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Planning and Organizing: Assist with planning and organizing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Cash-Handling and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
- Planning and Organizing Skills: Ability to plan and organize store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
