Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing store operations, assisting the Store Manager, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff.
  • Help with daily tasks, paperwork, bank deposits, and merchandising to maintain high standards.
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with cash-handling, bookkeeping, and problem-solving to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Advocate and empathize with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure store safety and security, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff and customers.
  • Cash-handling and bookkeeping skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues.
  • Driver's license and a safe driving record.
