Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, paperwork, and merchandising.
- Help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
- Assist with cash-handling and bookkeeping, as well as problem-solving and advocating for our customers.
- Ensure that our store is safe and secure, and that our employees are trained to handle any situation that may arise.
