About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Insights Analyst to join our team at Hyundai Canada. As a key member of our research and analysis team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in the automotive industry.
  • Develop and implement research plans to match business objectives, including methodology, timing, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the management of multiple research projects, including primary and secondary data collection, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Provide strategic analysis support to Product Management, Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agency partners.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to large and small groups, including senior leadership and external clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in market research, analysis, or a related field, with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Strong research expertise, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, and experience working with consumer insight tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations to drive business results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations to large and small groups.
  • Experience working with statistical software, including mTab, SPSS, or a similar tool.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply business principles to drive results.
