Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Specialist to join our team at Carbest. As an Automotive Refinishing Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
- Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Plan repair work to be performed, including tasks such as painting, sanding, and repairing body surfaces
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and performance
- Clean and maintain the work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Instruct apprentices and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
