About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our International Services team at National Bank. As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for acting as a reference person for the sector, working closely with colleagues to improve the quality of service, customer experience, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects to improve service quality, customer experience, and operational processes
  • Develop and propose effective work tools and processes to improve operation profitability
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners in international activities
  • Coordinate the production and updating of documents for the sector
  • Support business partners to ensure stability of work tools

About the Team:

You will be part of a team of 10 colleagues, reporting to the Product Manager. Our team is known for its expertise in products, processes, and teamwork, maintaining a high quality of delivery in a great work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years' relevant experience
  • Proactive, autonomous, and enjoys working in an agile environment
