About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor International Services. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in projects to improve service quality, customer experience, and operational processes
  • Developing and implementing effective work tools and processes to enhance operational profitability
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with international partners
  • Coordinating the production and updating of documents for the sector
  • Supporting business partners to ensure the stability of their work tools
About the Team:

You will be part of a collaborative and expert team of 10 colleagues, reporting to the Product Manager. Our team is known for its high-quality delivery and great work atmosphere. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience, or a University certificate and seven years' relevant experience
  • Proven experience in process management, international products, and technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
