Job Title: Senior Advisor International Services

As a Senior Advisor in the International Services team at National Bank, you will be the reference person for the sector. Your motivation to work as a team to change things and question the status quo, experience in process management, and knowledge of international products and technology will have a positive impact on the lives of your colleagues, customer experience, and the Bank's efficiency in promoting the delivery of continuous value.

Your Role:
  • Participate in different projects to improve the quality of service, customer experience, and operational processes in various sectors.
  • Write, review, and edit all documentation, including operational processes, product development, and procedures.
  • Develop and propose effective work tools and processes to improve the operation's profitability.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with various partners in international activities.
  • Coordinate the production and updating of all documents for the sector.
  • Support business partners to ensure the stability of their work tools.
Your Team:

As part of the International Services sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues, and you will report to the Product Manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in products, processes, and teamwork, maintaining a high quality of delivery in a great work atmosphere.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience, or University certificate and seven years' relevant experience.
  • We are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and enjoys working in an agile environment, and adapts easily in a constantly evolving environment.
Languages:

English, French. You will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
