About the Role:

  • We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A Culinary diploma or degree is an asset, but not required.
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in all dishes prepared under your supervision.
  • Your attention to detail will be monumental as you work independently and reliably carry out orders handed down to you by the Chef.
  • As a leader in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and cooking, you'll consistently monitor work area cleanliness and build relationships with team members and front-of-house management alike.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 2-3 years of cooking experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Is knowledgeable about professional cooking and knife handling skills.
  • Can take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Is able to spend 100% of their time standing.
  • Is Serve Safe certified.
