Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tri Pac Restaurants Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food products and ingredients meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead a team of chefs and cooks to prepare and cook meals for our guests.
  • Menu Planning and Development: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our guests and the company.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food products and ingredients to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all food safety and handling regulations are met and maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 2 years or more of experience as a chef or in a related field.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Safe Food Handling Certificate, and other relevant certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
