Job Summary

Boston Pizza St. Paul is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
