Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at OM Accounting Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll operations, including processing payrolls, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Criminal record check.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
