Senior Municipal Roadway Engineering Manager

Job Summary
Arcadis is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our municipal roadway engineering practice. As a key member of our Design and Engineering Ontario team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand our practice and deliver top-quality engineering projects to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight on projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the municipal roadway engineering practice, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
- Collaborate with other teams within Arcadis to identify opportunities for growth and development, and to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in municipal roadway engineering, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- P.Eng Ontario registration.
- Demonstrated technical, commercial, and delivery acumen.
