As an InsurTech Sales Manager at Acturis, you will be part of a world-class team from diverse backgrounds. Your primary goal will be to work closely with the Executive, Development, and other teams to develop and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing a thorough understanding of the Acturis system to enable detailed demonstrations in sales opportunities.
- Maintaining a detailed database within the Acturis CRM system of prospective customers with multiple criteria.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies.
- Supporting the growth of the sales team by recruiting additional staff to champion efforts in different regions.
- Contacting, presenting, and negotiating with prospective customers on contract terms and technical requirements.
- Refining promotional materials, including customer propositions, distinctiveness, and advantages.
- Proactively managing workload between prospecting, sales demos, and follow-up activity.
- Representing Acturis at industry events, including conferences and customer events.
Benefits and Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 20 paid holiday days, employer-paid benefits after three months, and participation in annual bonus and company share incentive schemes.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of sales in the insurance industry, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience with IT and software, particularly insurance BMS platforms, is welcomed. Strong communication skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts are essential for this role.
Training and Development
Acturis believes in providing a mix of internal and external training to help colleagues develop rounded skills. New joiners receive initial training and close mentoring, while more senior colleagues can choose courses with time set aside and the course paid for. Our management team also runs training sessions to pass on experience and best practice.
