Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Enablement: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap
  • Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers
  • On-Site Support: Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel)
  • Feedback Advocacy: Share customer feedback with our Product team to drive continuous improvement
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with peers to improve processes and operations

Requirements

We're Seeking:

  • Software Implementation Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in software implementations
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Proven Achievement: A strong track record of achievement in previous roles
  • Unique Skills: Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual French proficiency
