Export Control Specialist Military Air Systems

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Export Control Officer to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space in Orléans, France.
As a key member of our Export Control France organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export regulations and laws, working closely with our Business and Operations teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export control strategies to ensure compliance with French and international regulations.
- Collaborate with Business and Operations teams to identify and mitigate export control risks.
- Provide expert advice on export control regulations and procedures to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance programs and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of export control regulations and laws, particularly in the aerospace industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French an asset.
