Job Description

Job Summary

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both French and English. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large or major accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns with minimal supervision.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers in both French and English.
    • Provide product knowledge and features to customers.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues.
    • Make good decisions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction.
    • Provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Quality and Productivity
    • Maintain high levels of quality and productivity in all aspects of the job.
    • Meet or exceed performance targets and scorecard initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Three years or more of customer service or related experience.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs and 10-key.
  • Language
    • Fluency in French and English.
Working Conditions

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large or major accounts.
