Customer Service Representative - French and English

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Work closely with health professionals to provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Fluent bilingual (French and English) communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
