Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all guest arrivals and departures, including room assignments and requests for late check-out or early check-in.
- Process payments and distribute/activate room keys.
- Verify and adjust billing for guests, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Inform relevant staff when guests are waiting for a room to become available.
- Deliver messages to guests and process departures in our system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to monitor room preparation and respond to guest inquiries.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out guest paperwork.
- Utilize our phone system to handle guest calls and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare and review daily reports, occupancy lists, and credit card authorization reports.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize transportation for guests and visitors.
- Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Process guest payments, including checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Notify security in the event of a theft.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or hazardous working conditions.
- Wear a clean and complete uniform at all times, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Respect confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Protect company property and assets.
