Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Expectations Management: Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Product Education and Upselling: Educate customers on our products and services, and provide opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and bookings.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CDK & EPC systems (a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
