Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere in our stores, fostering a sense of community and connection with our customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, using this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and solutions to our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, using this knowledge to inform customers and drive sales.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing retail environment.
