Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating vendors and arranging for planned and preventative service as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team and develop your skills in customer service and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate vendors for service delivery
- Arrange for planned and preventative service as required
- Make outbound phone calls to find service partners and get leads for the Sourcing Specialist
- Work with customers and dispatch maintenance workers for grounds cleanup or snow removal
- Hours: 11am-7pm, and 8am-5pm EST, flexible to work on Saturdays, occasional Sundays

Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (training will be provided)
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, time management skills and computer skills
- Knowledge of service technicians or ground maintenance dispatch is an asset (but not required)
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Teams, knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
