Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ProAll International Manufacturing Inc.
Job Summary:The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve planning and controlling budget and expenditures, determining strategic planning related to new product lines, and establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
- Provide customer service
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
