Osler, a leading Canadian business law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join its After Hours Document Support Centre. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting legal professionals with high-volume document production under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, revising, and formatting documents to Firm standards
  • Converting PDFs to Word or Excel documents, cleaning and formatting the conversion
  • Running blacklines and comparisons of documents
  • Troubleshooting problem documents
  • Providing primary document support to legal assistants and professionals within the Firm
  • Ensuring high-quality work product and maintaining up-to-date technical skills

Requirements:

  • Community College Certificate in a Legal Secretarial Assistant program or equivalent
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office suite
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional image
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a Legal Assistant role
