Job Description

Central Protection Services is seeking an experienced Security Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Personnel: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
  • Schedule Work: You will be responsible for scheduling work for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: You will be responsible for assisting clients/guests with special needs, including those with disabilities.
  • Emergency Situations: You will be the point of contact for emergency situations and will be responsible for handling these situations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare Progress Reports: You will be responsible for preparing and submitting progress reports to management.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: You must have a valid Security Guard License.
  • Criminal Record Check: You must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to changing situations. You must be able to work effectively in a cold/refrigerated, hot, noisy, outdoors, wet/damp environment.
