Job Summary

As a seasoned security professional, the Security Guard Supervisor at Xtreme Security Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of security personnel, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support - Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop strategies to exceed their expectations.
  • Emergency Response - Provide leadership in emergency situations, ensuring a swift and effective response to protect clients and staff.
  • Reporting - Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management and clients, highlighting key security incidents and trends.
  • Equipment Supervision - Oversee the maintenance and operation of security equipment, ensuring it is functioning optimally.
  • Staff Training - Deliver training sessions to security personnel, focusing on best practices, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Work Scheduling - Develop and implement efficient work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing downtime.


Supervision
Directly supervise 3-4 security personnel, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations as needed.

Certifications
A valid Security Guard License is required for this role, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
