We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the well-being of all parties involved.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized security team.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all security personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Security Guard License
- Driver's validity license check
- Basic security clearance
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
