Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with our restaurant budget.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain financial accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Accurate: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Flexibility: Show flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
