Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Delhi Street Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
