Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Delhi Street Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Operations Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Reviews and Development: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct staff, including providing training and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately.
- Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Accurate: Be accurate and detail-oriented in all aspects of the job.
- Client Focus: Focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.

- 1-2 Years of Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent Position: Work in a permanent position with a regular schedule.
- Language: Speak English as the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: Work 30-35 hours per week.
