- Assign tasks and duties to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal sales performance.
- Operations and Administration
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring the store operates within budget.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
