Financial Services Representative

The Financial Services Representative is a key role in achieving this goal, providing superior front-line and telephone service transactions while identifying opportunities for growth and sales.
This part-time position reports to the Branch Manager and requires strong interpersonal skills, effective sales abilities, and excellent cash management capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, with relevant experience in the financial services sector. Alternatively, you may have equivalent education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing day-to-day banking transactions through the branch network or Customer Contact Centre
- Responding to members' and non-members' enquiries and requests for information
- Fulfilling sales opportunities with existing and prospective members to meet their financial needs
- Supporting CUA's business objectives, including a growing and sustainable membership base
Benefits:
