Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Commercial Operations to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
- Lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and events plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Manage and oversee the sales, marketing, and events teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies
- Manage and optimize pricing and rate quotation strategies to maximize revenue
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth and improve market share
- Lead and manage the development of commercial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue growth and improve market share
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing commercial strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Sales & Catering Software
- Additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration, marketing, and communications
